Iran Sees K 2016 as Good Ground for Luring Investors

TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- Iran will exhibit the investment opportunities at the K Trade Fair 2016, the world's biggest event for the plastic and rubber industry in Germany's Dusseldorf.

 

Beginning on October 19, K 2016 is by far the biggest event for the plastic and rubber industry and the starting point for momentous decisions for products and processes.

Managing Director of National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Marziyeh Shahdaei, Managing Director of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC) Adel Nejad Salim, Managing Director of Petrochemical Commercial Company (PCC) Mehdi Sharifi Niknafs and Iran's ambassador to Germany Ali Majedi will attend a ceremony on Thursday at the showcase to introduce Iran's petrochemical potentialities and investment opportunities to potential investors. 

The officials, regarded as the top petrochemical industry figures of Iran, will hold talk sessions and deliver speeches during K 2016. 

Furthermore, chief executives of a number of leading chemical firms will attend a forum on why investing in Iran at the exhibit.

Iranian officials and exhibitors will also hold talks with leading petrochemical companies during the fair as well. 

The show is on until 26 October 2016 at Düsseldorf.

The K 2016 presents the industry’s innovations and new launches. On its ninth edition, under the motto of ‘Plastics shape the future’, the focus will be on the functionality, aesthetics and sustainability of plastics.
