Speaking to NIPNA, Mohammad Reza Modiri said the urea and ammonia project is fully prepared for resumption of its construction and there are no banking restrictions for financing the plant.
He said the plant has not gotten into any arrears in payment of its debts to banks and is enjoying the resources from the National Development Fund of Iran through Bank Melli Iran.
He said the company has so far spent half of its finances for providing services and equipment by domestic providers, adding for the time being domestic producers can supply no more than 20 to 25 percent of the equipment and machinery needed for completion of such projects.
Modiri further said a tender will be held in the future for construction of a water pipeline to the facility.
